Before the coaching decision, a career decision
In Patna, the choice after matric often happens fast: Science, a coaching institute for JEE or NEET, and a two-year plan, all decided in a few weeks. For many students this works. For others it means two years of stress preparing for a path that never suited them.
A psychometric test takes about an hour, and it asks the questions that should come first: what does this student enjoy, what are they good at, and what kind of work will keep them motivated for decades?
What the test measures
- Interests: practical, investigative, creative, social, enterprising or organised work.
- Aptitude: verbal, numerical, logical, spatial and mechanical reasoning.
- Personality and work style.
- Stream fit (Class 9–10) and course fit (Class 11–12).
- Career readiness and professional skills for college students.
Class 6 to graduation. 45-page report with your best-fit streams and careers.

Using the report for Bihar-specific choices
- Science or not: if the report shows strong interest and aptitude for Commerce or Arts, consider CA, law, journalism, design or civil services rather than forcing engineering.
- JEE or NEET: interest in biology versus physics and maths matters more than family preference.
- Coaching: decide coaching after the stream decision, not before.
- Backups: the report helps you choose a second path, such as B.Sc, pharmacy or agriculture through BCECE.

Frequently asked questions
Is the test useful for Bihar Board students?
Yes. The test measures interests and aptitude, not board syllabus, so it works for BSEB, CBSE and ICSE students alike.
Can the counselling be in Hindi?
Yes, sessions can be held in Hindi or English.
Should we take the test before joining coaching?
Ideally yes. Knowing the right stream first avoids spending two years and a lot of money on the wrong preparation.
